Members Survey
We have decided to publish a book of our history, in doing so we thought the easiest way was to ask the whole membership for contributions through a series of 24 questions. We hope to get some really good information and stories from the membership so this is a request to take a few minutes to respond you can answer as many or as few as you would like.
The survey is anonymous, however if your story/thoughts are of particular interest we would very much like to talk to you further and would be grateful for your contact details at the end.
If you would like to participate but don't fancy typing, we can telephone you to record your memories. Just go to the end of the survey and fill in your details under 'telephone survey' and we shall be in touch.
